It’s probably time for a refresh and upgrade; I mean, it’s been a while and I’m not my 2014, pre-three kids, self anymore.

This is the table of goodies you’ll see at our experience on April 23. My eyes were wide open as I gazed at stuff I’d never seen, and also some of which I already own for perimenopause help.

It’s so helpful and reassuring to know it’s vetted by 2 therapists whose job is to know about this stuff. 😉
