Freedom Movement is a customized outdoor experience hosted at the enchanting and historical hidden gem, Dunn Gardens. Support local makers and wellness advocates, take a nature walk through garden trails, learn about earth to table circular living, enjoy foraged foods, explore your summer scent, practice breath and mindfulness all in preparation to move freely in our own semi-private dance party. Put on those headphones and experience the energy and one-of-a-kind, free-spirit feeling of a silent disco. This is freedom to move your body which ignites your soul.
