GALENTINE'S DAY [recorded-mini kit]

Galentine’s Soiree is a virtual experience encouraging in person and virtual interaction.   This all ages, all skill-levels experience showcases ideas for festive party hosting, including learning how to make your own decorative valentine garland using watercolor and modern hand-lettering techniques taught by The Mint Gardener & letters by ellen. Use this time to create a custom-made gift or seasonal decoration to enjoy year after year. Host your own Galentine’s party for some or party for one, with help from our incredible contributing partners featuring party prep, design, “fancy” bling, food/beverage ideas and recipes.  Feel pampered and experience artistry, connectivity, and beauty within a community when we all join together to celebrate the art of an occasion.

Instructors show easy tutorial/technique/ ideas for all ages and skill levels.   Watch instruction and learn color mixing, practice wash styles, draw floral illustrations (new this year!), and create gold enhancements with The Mint Gardener.  Learn and practice lettering styles and techniques suited for any hand with letters by ellen. Watch demonstrations from some of Seattle’s leading foodies, and make their  recipes along with us. Inspire your space for a party, with help from local makers and get tips on decor including how to embellish your hand-made garland in your own home.

Recording of Live Experience

The recorded experience is available for purchase for those who cannot attend the live experience.  This is a Zoom recording of our class.   The recorded version is sent to guests Friday morning, Feb 11.   Guest is provided a link to all content, PDF's of instruction, suggested materials, and other content goodies from collaborators- while supplies last. Great to enjoy on your own time, with others friends or gift for Valentine's Day.   Art work templates, paint/brush/pen provided.  Guest can ship or pick up locally.
