Please join us as we celebrate the beginnings of Spring, and the anticipation of Easter hosting.
Learn from tea expert Elizabeth Lopez of local, mindfulness-based self care company, rue Santè, as she guides us through proper steeping methods for botanical teas. She will demo, and we will sip from her incredible Floracopeia Botanical Loose Leaf Teas.
Learn the health benefits of botanical teas, how to steep tea the right way (!), tips for hot tea and iced tea, and ask the expert all your tea time questions (from history to woman impact to pulp reuse ideas)
