About the Event

Join Social Creative for our Seattle Summer Sesh as we enjoy our city's beautiful parks and paths together, while taking advantage of specialty coaching for perimenopause/menopause strength training from Full Body Fitness. Get outside, move your body, take care of YOU. Your mental and physical health depends on it during this difficult, unpredictable journey.


Kelly Smith is the founder of Full Body Fitness, a body-inclusive personal training company specializing in women's fitness through major life transitions. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist with advanced training in prenatal/postnatal fitness and pelvic floor rehabilitation, she helps women navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and peri/menopause with evidence-based strength training. Kelly's approach focuses on building functional strength that supports women's changing bodies through every stage.
