This  experience is for any woman needing a fun night out and looking to express some freedom though movement and expectations for 2020.

 Join us for a night to appreciate and express yourself through freedom movement.  This is freedom to be you; freedom to be empowered; Freedom to move any way we like;  Freedom to dance unabashedly and boldly;   Freedom to have fun.  Freedom to move your body which ignites your soul.  It's all about encouragement, treating our bodies with care and consideration, and starting our 2020 with a new sense of self.    We are free to be exactly who we are and we don't have to apologize, or hide, or get deflated by what people think (or the stories we tell ourselves).   Shed the unhealthy (self) talk, dance how you want, go crazy and live a little (or BIG!).

Come join us for a customized, no experience required, dancey barre session hosted by Bohemian Studios.  Then, It's time to get your freak on...or, atleast feel free to do so.   Dance the night away in all the glowy, glittery lights with your own semi-private dance party.  Put on those headphones and experience the energy and one-of-a-kind, free-spirit feeling of a silent disco.
